There is no option to upload videos, you just link them from youtube. Generally is recommended that the video should be from a game and done by yourself.
On your profile though you link videos you want, unless they break rules or etiquette.

then how about linking some video of other guys that I got permission to upload

You know how those "I have permission" are believable. I also have seen several of my artworks uploaded on various sites saying that they have my permission and upon this day I don't know who they are.

I try to backup those permissions through email and I take it it's ok to upload those videos I've mentioned from your comments. damn I'll do it

As long as you have proof in case they get removed and you have to appeal to support.

I'm not saying don't upload. But I think that novadays creating game videos isn't that hard. You just play and you record it. So simple.

I just don't know why are are trying so hard about gaming videos with a account empty from any games.

yeah I think that's the rightmost way to make contents but you know, it's really hard to find amazing moments when it's gathered by one player.
