how to move to new office in Game Dev Tycoon after i decline 1st offer to move?

Move your mose over to Library, then click games.
Look for Game Dev Tycoon and right click
Select View Forum

This should take you to Game Dev Tycoons' Forums

keep playing the game and the offer will come again since sometimes you dont want to move offices right away. I think perhaps its based around having a certain amount of money to trigger it. Not entirely certain since its been a bit since i played but i know they just offer it again.
