That isn't recommended for a general gaming PC.
The AMD A8 chips are also quite out of date, if you're going for a gaming system with AMD, I would suggest a Ryzen chip.
They're a great budget CPU for gaming, ranging from $120+.
With a Ryzen 3 1300x and a 1050Ti + 16gb DDR4 Ram, I get about 250fps stable in CSGO at high settings.
140fps stable on full high.
(PS Integrated cards are ♥♥♥♥♥, you'd get about 50fps in CSGO and about 20fps in any new game)
