Steam doesn't support third party websites nor so-called trading bots (which can easily be faked). If you scammed yourself, they don't care anymore, it's your own fault.
As for the website in question, it's a scam designed so you always lose a percentage of money/items. It's not legit and it's not supported.
The same thing happend to me check ur trade history u will find that the CS.money trade was declined but an impersonating chump sent u a trade offor contact cs.money for more help
