I did not receive my skin on CS.MONEY

On Jan 17, 2018, at around 13:30 I traded 3 skins (AK-47 Point Disarray, AWP Man o' War, P250 Muertos) and I was, or at least so I thought, trading those skins for a Well-Worn AK-47 Case Hardened with BOT #13 on csmoney. I pressed trade button and I got a notification that I shall trade in my skins with the bot, they will be converted to balance and then I will recieve my skin. Subsequently I accepted the trade offer from BOT#13, and accepted it on my mobile phone. I refreshed the csmoney site and........ My skins weren't in my inventory any more, neither was the Case Hardened. Please help me, I know that csmoney is legit and I'm sure that I will get my skins soon.

P.S. I also sent two support tickets directly on the site.

When you trade - you trade item for item, within the steam trading window, in one single go.

Steam doesn't support third party websites nor so-called trading bots (which can easily be faked). If you scammed yourself, they don't care anymore, it's your own fault.

As for the website in question, it's a scam designed so you always lose a percentage of money/items. It's not legit and it's not supported.

The same thing happend to me check ur trade history u will find that the CS.money trade was declined but an impersonating chump sent u a trade offor contact cs.money for more help
