How to cancel pending transaction?

Hello people, i just started using steam and i wanted to do my fir s purchase yesterday but my card wasn't open for online shopping so my transaction got cut in half. Then i looked in to different games and find cheaper bundles of it and now i want to buy them but i always got in to error that says "pending transaction" i googled it and find nothing. I can not find anything on steam support as well. I want to buy more thing before summer sales end can you guys help me out?

Go to Account Details, then click on Store Transactions. Your pending transaction should be listed, with an option to cancel.
