Considering CD Project hasn't made a multiplayer game besides Gwent so far, it's highly likely it will be a Singleplayer game.

CD Projekt Red has already confirmed multiple times it will be a "Single Player Experience Only."

everyone wishing it will be multiplayer, can stop holding your breath now...
