How to completely delete a game from account?

Is there any way to completely delete a game from a steam account? I don't want any compensation, I just want it gone completely.

I found this old thread here:

But I haven't found a way to actually write a ticket anywhere to actually communicate with a person from steam support because the "contact steam support" button leads into nowhere.

Another information: It was a activated with a gamecode from some bundle. It was not purchased through the steam store. I haven't even played the game or installed it once. And I'm not looking for any compensation.
Edit: Actually it was a good tip from you, but because of the thing above this doesn't work. :(

Click “Steam Support” in “Help” after launching Steam. Search for the game that you want to remove from your library. After finding the game, simply click on “I want to permanently remove this game from my account.” Select “Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently.”

NOTE: Performing these actions will not provide you a refund, however it will remove a game from your account permanently.

Launch a preferred web broswer > Go to 'steam.storepowered.com' > Sign into your account by pressing the log-in button on the page > Go to the 'Support' tab on the page after signing in > Go to the 'Games, Software, etc.' tab on the Support page > Search the game you want to permanantely remove from your Steam account using the Search bar > Choose the game out of the list that you want to remove from your account > Choose 'I want to permanently remove this game from my account > Choose 'Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently' and this should permanently remove that game from your accouunt.

As I stated. I wasn't looking for any compensation / refund. Just wanted a game gone (it was a random steam serial I got).
Removal process worked as I requested. :)

thanks a lot its working correctly, as i want to remove wrong uninstall methode that only deleted content but not in my library,..

Does doing this also mean you can then give a friend the game you permanently remove?

I have a physical copy of a game (with the CD key in the box) that I "linked" to my Steam account ages ago.Because I've finished it already and haven't played it in ages, I was thinking of giving it to a friend, but as it's in my library I'm assuming he'll get some sort of error when using the same key (?).

Would this “I want to permanently remove this game from my account.” function help with this? Some people have recommended the "Send a gift" function via Steam, but I know this doesn't work for games already in my library..

Any clarifying would be much appreciated :)

Its not an easy location to find by yourself - should be in the games settings [manage] > uninstall > and add: completely remove from account...
