It's hard to find some games that support linux so for the rest you can use Wine. Wine is not an emulator but works like one that manages to run windows applications on linux with no cpu loss or lag.

Do you need a laptop? If you had exchanged it against like an i5 or i7 Dell desktop PC and then added a graphics card that of course would be better for gaming.
Starcraft II just become free to play for online multiplayer and the first campaign but I don't know how it would run, chances are not great.
Warcraft III would likely run good enough but that's not free instead :/
