Check your username/email perhaps?
Or if you have further problems, just reset your password.

I did check all of those I even changed my email. I also reset my password many times, I even reset it to the most simplest passwords and it still said the password is incorrect.

Do you have more than 1 account. If so are you entering the right password to the right account?

I can attest to this problem... or something close to it. For the last few weeks, I'm being repeatedly told that my password is incorrect when trying to access Steam. The logical first step was to reset my password but when I did, it says the new password is incorrect. So launching Steam was impossible for me because of this weird bug. How am I using this forum then? I had to have a new code sent to my pc that allows me to access the forums, but I should note that I MUST to do this every single time I want to access Steam or their forums. The issue is that Steam is telling me that I'm attempting to access this account from a new pc or a new operating system? I'm not sure why, because I'm still using the same one I've had for the last 5 years or so (Win 7- 64bit) and this is a brand new issue for me.
