How do you add emoticons to the title of a forum post?

I can seem to add them to the body of a forum post, but the same emoticon wont work in the title. I've seen other posts that have emoticons in the title so wondering if there is some trick to it?

Those aren't emoticons, those are unicode emojis

Thanks MiSOKA. But how do you enter unicode in steam? In Microsoft Word I was able to hold alt then enter the code and it works with MS Word. But when I do that in the browser while in the title field of the post, it doesn't working...

Jsut copy and paste the pic you want. For example, in the link I posted, you would use the first column (BROWSER), double left click on the pic you want which will highlight it, then right click, copy and paste.

A couple caveats to consider.

A) emojis will not show in-game and may screw up the way your name appears in some games
B) your profile, etc will look very funny on mobile as it is not setup to deal with such things.

Just cut and paste them. Easier way if it isn't working is to just cut and paste them from here:
