I have added money on my wallet still market is not opening.

thats because you do not have steam mobile authenticator enabled so you have that 15 days old.

the one that i do know of, is pruchasing from Steam a game worth at least 5usd. do the currency exchange and then youll need to spend that minimum.

Not realy. And this depends on your limitations & possibilities. If you use creditcard or a payservice you might want to calculate a bit on the safe side like $0,35.

Your not be able to purchase on market because is restricted, purchase item in here it means buy a game. You can buy space pilgrim as a cheap game if u want! after purchased game you'll be able to acces steam market

You can add a game to your shopping cart and then when purchasing you can give Steam the rest of the money by credit card.Or you can go to a nearby cash terminal and insert something like 50 cents there.
