How to trade or sell???

If you go to you're account and then inventory you can gift it to someone if it's in there, as of now you can't "Share" games unless you add them to you're family plan which gives them all your games

Once a game has been activated and is in your library its locked to that account forever.
No way to trade it or give it to someone else.
You could buy games as "gifts" in the Steam Store and store them in your inventory. Those you could trade and give away. But that is no longer possible since a recent update.
Now you can only buy the gift and immediately send it to someone on your friend list.
You cant store them in your inventory any more and so you also cant trade them anymore.
