Steam no reconoce juegos instalados en SSD "D"

Buen dia.
Pues eso.
Recien cambie de PC y para no tener que reinstalar toda la biblioteca pase de mi antiguo HDD al nuevo SSD pero Steam no reconoce mos juegos.

Ya descargue de nuevo un par para estar seguro del path y ♥♥♥♥ los demas en la correspondiente carpeta y nada.

Solicite ayuda a Steam y no resuelven nada y solo repiten lo basico como loros.

Open the Steam Client
Go to Settings > Storage
Click the drop-down menu at the top, direct it to "D:\Games\SteamLibrary\" and then select it
Click "Close"
Return to your Steam Library and your installed games should list as "Installed"

Esa fue la primera respuesta, no sirvio poruqe ya lo habia hecho.

Please note that the Steam client is designed to automatically detect all installed games in a drive after adding the drive from your storage list.

You can follow the steps below to attempt to add or re-add the drive for your library:
Click "Steam" from the top left corner of your client
Click "settings"
Select "Storage"
Then from the "Storage" menu, select the drive where your games are installed and click the 3 dots on the right
Click "Remove Drive"
Re-add the drive by clicking the circular (+) button beside your current drive (default is C:)
A window will pop-up that will let you select which path or drive to install your new library from
Once you selected your preferred path, click "Select Folder"
You steam should now have the new drive location added to your storage.

To move your games, select a drive then click the 3 dots to move your currently installed games to your other drive by putting a check mark on the box next to game and clicking "move" at the bottom.

La segunda que es lo mismo completamente inutil.

Les mande una captura que muestra los juegos en la misma carpeta del que reinstale.
Muestra tambien como ese juego si lo reconoce y los demas no.
Tambien muestra el archivo "libraryfolder.vdf" donde se ve que el drive "D" esta añadido.

Alguien que me pueda ayudar porque descargar 2TB me va a llevar mucho tiempo ademas que hay juegos que ya quitaron de la tienda de steam y ni siquiera me los van a reembolsar.

Ya instale y desinstale steam y lo instale en "D" y nada
Ya lo regrese a "C" igual.

Ya intente ponerlos en "steamapps\common" en "C" donde esta instalado Steam y aun asi no los reconoce.

¿Copiaste también los archivos de manifiesto? los de extensión .acf. son los que le dicen a la app si un juego está instalado.
