Your account has been hijacked. Someone has been able to change your name and profile information and remove all your friends.
Possible causes:
* entering your account login information into a third-party website (some websites disguise themselves to look like Steam)
* having malware on your computer
* any other way that someone might be able to gain access to your account, such as by watching you type or accessing your e-mail
The purpose of the scam is to cause you to send your items to another account. DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS; DO NOT DO ANY TRADES.

Also there is a way to self-lock your account via Steam Support; you can lock your account to prevent all trade activity.
