I have gotten an issue. I really love this game, but It says that the voice chat is not available to my account. Why? how much should I pay to talk to my friends on this game? or where should I solve this issue?

Contas que não gastaram pelo 5 dólares em jogos (e no mercado steam se eu não me engano) não podem usar o voice chat
