сразу после запуска выдается сообщение винды : Прекращена работа Call of Duty®: Black Ops II
драйвера обновлены, система обновлена, кэш игры проверен,
кто виноват и что делать ?

Please complete the instructions in the following link:

Please also verify the GCF for this game as outlined here:

Note: Files may fail to verify. This is normal and can be ignored.
Then test the issue.
If you still have difficulty, you may also need to manually run secondary installers required by this game.
Exit Steam entirely.
Browse to your Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 installation folder (Usually C:\Program files\Steam\Steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\)
Run the following installers:
...\Steamapps\Common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\redist\vcredist_x86.exe
...\Steamapps\Common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\redist\DirectX\dxsetup.exe
Reboot your computer and test the issue again.

Doesn't help.
The new driver from NVidia from 22.11.12 didn't help also.
All games in Steem and as in Origin are started and work at my account well excepting CoD BO II
Therefore a problem not me (and at million other players) and in game!
