Хочу добавить токен а там такое

Limited user account ограниченный у вас аккаунт - 5 долларов в кассу (на кошелёк стим).

у вас ограниченный аккаунт. если что и куплено - то явно не в магазине стим. пополняйте кошелёк, чтобы в сумме 5 долларов было
