I cannot access my personal account options or store. Other areas are also blocked... it seems by Akamai.

When I do a trace route, it stops at my ISP. I was able to get a bit further once, and it stopped at Akamai.

Oddly enough, I can acess the Steam Store by going to https://steamstore-a.akamaihd.net/ and I will not use that store front. I want to use the Steam store in my app.

WTF!!! I have down for over a WEEK! and there were games I wanted to try and have missed out on because of this. This affects my App, and all browsers on multiple accounts. (My girlfriend and my son cannot access them either). Of course, access to the Steam Help was also blocked until yesterday.

I have contacted my ISP numerous times, but they are not sure what is going on either as it stops at Akaimi.

The other note, is that I can access it via browser using a VPN and my cellular network.

I recently purchased a new phone and installed steam on that device - with diffiuculty. I also had to reset my old phone which went badly and I had to wait 15 days for the function of the steam market to come back. It came back yesterday. I can use the market in my app, but cannot access the store or my account features.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

The issue has resolved itself, although it took over a week to work again.
