Need Translation Please

I was hearing 3 guys speaking in Russian from my speakers, I switch off my speakers and plugged my headphones in my computer and they were still talking. So I go around and start purging programs to see if they were hiding anywhere, that is until I close Steam, then the guys stopped talking. I don't know why Steam is hiding Russian but his has happened once before some months ago, I just restarted my computer and fixed it. But now their back. I have no idea what their saying but it's definentaly repeating. I recorded a bit of it

I would like to know what their saying, and I would like to know why Valve is hiding Russians in Steam.

A guy figured it out in the other discussion, it's from the game Heliborne. The game has clips in Music Player that are just random radio chatter.
