Betrug bei Cs:go Shuffle

Hallo zsm ich habe heute zum ersten mal CS:Go shuffle benutz und tatsächlich mit 12 dollar einsatz den pot gewonnen (knapp380dollar) allerdings bin ich auf einen betrüger reingefallen weil ich nicht wusste wie das ganze von statten läuft. Der momentane Name ist CSGOShuffle Admin er ändert seine Namen ständig um ahnungslose Leute wie mich über den Tisch zu ziehen. Laut einem Freund werde ich wohl trotz Steam supports nichts zurück bekommen. Er hatte mal das gleiche Problem. Wollte euch nur warnen und vllt hat Jemand ja noch einen vorschlag wie ich meine Sachen zurückbekommen.
