Hier hat einer eine Lösung:
Had this issue as well.To get Shadow play to record GTA V what You have to do is open GFE then click on shadow play then click on the on and off button so it displays green(on status) and then you should be able to record game play manually anyway. I still had to press my record key(F12) at least twice for it to start though. but after it worked until reboot. just rinse & repeat as necessary

Hope you got lots of disk space because 10 min gta vid with shadow play was over 35 GB for me
