Most LGBTQ friendly neighborhood in Germany

Greetings German friends.

My name is Ahmed and I'm 30+ and I identify as a non binary gender and my pronouns Ze, Zirs/Hirs.

I'm here in peace and I have some questions. I adore and fancy German culture and I think I'll get my Visa in a couple of months and a temporary work permit and me and my partner are looking forward into moving to Germany.

We are originally from Iraq but we moved to the U.S in my teens.
My mother, sister and her husband with two kids are moving with us with a tourist visum as well and we are hoping to get a school permit so they'# hopefully get some good education as well.

So my question would be, based on your person opinion, which cities or states would you propose to live a peaceful life as a proud member of the LGBTQ community?
