Call of Duty games for Mac?
Okay, I'm a Mac user, and apparently Mac users can't download as many games as Windows or PC does. So... does anyone know if Call of Duty games will release for Mac? Because, I want one.

yeah, you get it at the mac app store. call of duty 1 is $9.99, call of duty 2 is $14.99 and call of duty 4 modern warfare is $19.99; all the call of duty games are on sale because call of duty black ops is coming out soon.

And by soon, we mean some time today. :)

It is already released. You can buy it now. :)

But I have to pay for the mac version again. Why?

Because it's Activision. Also, guess what? Mac and PC players can't play together. From the store: "Unified Mac-to-Mac Multiplayer Experience - Multiplayer works with Call of Duty: Black Ops for the Mac only, including Steam, Mac App Store, retail and other digital outlets."
I'm not a Mac user nor Call of Duty player, but I think I speak for everyone when I say that this is unreasonable.

@ultra magnus, I totally forgot about the App Store, thanks for the reminder! Speaking of App Store, Black Ops just came out today for it. :)

@pikachu, I'm getting Black Ops II for PS3. Although, my PS3 isn't in very good shape. That's why I want CoD Games for mac now.

I have BO already for win so why the ♥♥♥♥ should i pay for the mac edition, also if i remember right didn't Valve promised that if you buy a win game all the mac version will be free? Such a BS Valve!

No, they only said that Steamplay apps will be free of charge for Mac. But in the end it is the same. Nobody knows which game will be a Steamplay game.

Aspyr paid a lot to Activision for the right to make a mac port. It's priced that high to cover that fee and porting cost.

Too bad they will never recover the money, cause who in their right mind would pay this price? i already got it fullprice once.. and im not paying again to NOT play with my friends.. Greedy and a bad idea!

They're still around so people do buy them. It's not like Aspyr is being greedy since they don't make much from it. They seem genuine in trying to help Mac gaming. It isn't going well though.

If you install Windows and your computer meets minimum specs then yes.

I bought Witcher 2 on PC and got it free on MAC, now it runs like crap on OS X, so it should be free, that is almost what it is worth.
