Mouse Acceleration CS:GO on Mac
Hey people! I've noticed my mouse is responding pretty weird.
When i drag the mouse in a slow motion the cursor moves farther than if i do the same drag in a fast motion. Is this due to mouse acceleration? I have the acceleration off and raw input on in-game. Is it a software problem or is my mouse maybe a bit old? It's a 5 year old Razer Diamondback.

I have the same problem, there some programs you can download that make the mouse acceleration closer to a windows machine, though I dont know the names of them

It also crashes, A LOT! I would say it's just CS.GO itself that's really buggy for the moment. Hopefully they will fix that! :B1:

Get Smoothmouse @ http://smoothmouse.com
It will install a preferences pane that allows you to remove the mouse lag and also lets you switch to a more sensible *cough* Windows-like *cough* acceleration curve setting. You can also disable acceleration completely.

This doesn't really fix it, and it may force some users to pick a CPI beyond the mouse's native steps.
I've tried this as well as various terminal commands; some made things better and some made it much worse. The only thing that completely removed acceleration for me was SmoothMouse.
