I started at my games library,
unplugged my ethernet cable,
Hit "PLAY" on the game,
Waiting until i got to the main menu,
Pressed play game,
Then i hit browse community servers,
Then when it showed the list (obviously no games showed up) I plugged my ethernet cable back in, and refreshed the list a few times, then servers started popping up, then i went back to the main menu and started up a search for a competitive game to test it. This worked for me at least, Im sure if you dont have an ethernet cable turning your wifi off might work.
On a side note if any of you can join custom maps and stuff without crashing personal message me cause i always crash and i really wanna play community servers >:|
Yes the servers show up, but when I try to connect it disconnects and tells me to check my connection when I turned my WIFI back on. Thanks anyways. :/

Maybe this method only works for those who connect via ethernet and not Wifi.
Men, THIS WORK, im on wifi and its ok I can play again! as Mobalin said, you have to turn off wifi, launch game, once game is launched go in community servers, turn wifi back on, refresh server list (WITHOUT TOUCHING ANY FILTERS) jest refresh list, and one you see server, hit escape to main menu and you will be able to play competitive.
THX .
1. Enter cs with the internet OFF.
2. When you are in the home menu turn the internet ON
3. Play cs online and offline!
After i turn WIFI on and the same Sh 1t... :/
Nothing work also this one, with community server.
