It's on the Mac App Store. Since Feral ported it I wouldn't count on it coming to Steam anytime soon.

Feral licenses and develops ports for Mac, but they never release them on Steam, only Mac App Store and their own website. They don't agree with Steam conditions, so it's difficult we'll ever see a game ported by them here. And that includes Bioshock or X-COM. Most of the Steamplay games are licensed by Aspyr, which basically does the same as Feral but offers their games on Steam.
