"steamwebhelper is not responding"
I've been trying to install steam on my Macbook Air for a while now, but every time I try, I always get hit with the "steamwebhelper is not responding" prompt. I've tried just about everything at this point, including (but not limited to) reinstalling steam, reinstalling Rosetta, running in Safe Mode, all the default options (disable browser sandboxing, gpu acceleration, etc). I'd really like to get this working but it feels like I've tried everything and nothing's worked. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I'm on a Macbook Air running OSX 12.2.1 with an Apple M1 2020 processor if that helps.
