Good Mac-compatible mouse for Imac

Hi everyone,
I am trying to get into a tf2 competitive team as scout. I use the Apple Magic mouse; it's ok but I need another mouse. I don't want a gaming mouse. Do you know any mouse that have the same dpi as the Apple Magic Mouse?
P.S. What is the dpi of Apple Magic Mouse? I use Imac by the way.

Pretty much any mouse will work with your iMac, I've used a Microsoft one and currently have a boring old Logitech one. As for the DPI I have no clue.

Each better mouse have its own driver or software to change DPI. I use R.A.T. 5 and its works very well.

I highly recommend the 2013 death adder from razer, although I have heard stories of them dying early mines been fine! Best gaming mouse I used.

And you don't need to install any of there crappy synapse drivers for it to function correctly!

Wired or Wireless?
x2 on the Microsoft two button/scroll wheel mouse,(I used the USB version, I HATE batterys) can't think of the name of it off hand. Optical something. Used them for years. No drivers needed. $20-$30 US, less on sale.

Humm, just looked online, rats, the ones I buy are being discontinued for the newer "invisible" button type I guess.

I have used logitech mouses and I think that they are pretty good for the quality that they have shown me.

I had used the Logitech G9x Laser mouse with OS X 10.9 and that worked very well. Beside that it's the best input device I ever used. For nomal use I have also the Apple Magic Mouse, which is not very useful for gaming, as you already know.
