how to force "Windows only" games to download?

I recently got some games through steamgifts raffles, and I'd like to try to run them in WINE. Can anyoone give me some tips on how to force a game's .exe or installers to download?

If it matters the games are Mortal Kombat Arcade Collection, and Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter.

Open Steam for windows in the emulator.

Boot camp will work better.
