Thanks, will do. I'm curious if anyone else has had any problems running these games on Mavericks?
Are you using a Macbook with Mavericks as well?
MBpro 2.3 MHz, i7 late 2012, 15", Nvidia GeForce GT650., 4 Gb ram
After Maverick install, Cod4MP crash randomly, Cod ghost crash at start, grid 2 say me that my AMD processor doesn't support the game!!! don't start at all, for say somethings.... but probably because i have only 4 Gb. Obviously for pc games i use Parallels but now I want install Bootcamp because less Ram eater.

So, if anyone is getting the launch crash still with AC2, just hook up to TV, projector, or monitor and maybe it will work for you too.
CORRECTION: Now it actually works fine normally without external screen. Once I started up AC2 from the monitor and then unhooked, everything went back to normal. Brotherhood still requires the above work around, though.
If anyone needs the launcher it can be downloaded from here: http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/launcher_installer/UbisoftGameLauncher.mpkg.zip
Usage:
Double-click on the downloaded "UbisoftGameLauncher.mpkg.zip". Now right-click on "UbisoftGameLauncher.mpkg" and select "Show Package Contents" Open "Contents" then "Packages" Right-click on "ubisoftGameLauncher.pkg" and select "Show Package Contents" Open "Contents" Now double-click on "Archive.pax.gz" It will unzip twice and you'll see the Ubisoft Game Launcher App magically appear. Click and drag the Ubisoft Game Launcher App to Brotherhood folder. (User/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Assassin's Creed Brotherhood/Ubisoft)
Thanks for monitor trick for ACII. I would never find out myself.
