Dota 2 Cant play after update :(

Hi im running on macbook pro, so after the update of 6.83 im playing solo ranked 3 times, and after the 4th time i cant estabilish connection to game server, so i can connect to dota 2 network but cant get through loading screen to play game.

Anyone help?

P.S. It seems im not the only one that status is 'failed' on connecting the game

I have the same problem too, i need to reopen my dota first so i can get through the loading screen to play game. The second time it fail to connect again

what i did is to use lauch option. under properties from dota2. write: +clientport 80
u can use other port as well, google it. but the issue still there. today i lost connection few times as well. and my account is disruptive? ouch. what a joke

I got 7 failed load attempts when trying to connect to a game (some ranked, some unranked), I'm having 2-3 freezes / crashes per game since the patch (worse and more frequent than EVER, for no apparent reason), and servers / game sessions are going down also for no apparent reason, kicking everybody and then not able to reconnect.

Volvo / dota is having MAJOR problems, especially when it comes to this crappy Mac dota client. I have a friend who uses a Mac for dota and is having the same problems so I know it is not just me.

PLEASE FIX THIS CRAPPY MAC DOTA CLIENT, VALVE!

Also getting SO much lag, including major lag spikes. This is not limited to Mac users, either.,,

SO bad. Just crashed again TWICE, then dota wouldnt even load, had to reboot, and my game was GONE, nothing even to reconnect to. What a joke.

I tried deleting and re-installing Dota 2, it worked for me.
