If you have an Intel based Mac, you can use Bootcamp to run Windows.
If it's an Apple silicon M1/M2/M3 one, no.

Yes, there are several ways on both Intel Macs and Apple Silicon. Crossover and Parallells have free trials. Apple Game Porting Toolkit and Whisky are free. So is PlayOnMac. Check out this article: https://www.wikihow.com/Play-Windows-Games-on-Mac

With Crossover, Whiskey on Mac, or with Parallels on the new ARM macs.

On the Intel Macs - Crossover and Parallels, but also you can install copy of the windowa via Bootcamp

Wine 9 offers some interesting stuff (the ability to run 32-bit stuff on a fully 64-bit host is a biggie), but whether anyone packages it for macOS or has packaged it, I don't know. One issue though is that it doesn't translate x86 code to ARM, relying on outside help for that and while it can supposedly use Rosetta 2, those days are likely numbered with (native) Intel binary support almost certainly being removed in the next release or two of macOS.

Whisky - it's Wine + DX12 support with Apple's made modifications to wine. Work with Rosetta. A lot of proofs on youtube, with games like Cyberpunk.

Native, not patched Wine, also works.

Crossover 24 will be released soon and it will include Wine 9.

Still waiting for DirectX12 games be compatible with those porting tools available on macOS. It doesn't compatible yet. Games such as Tomb Raider Remastered that requires DirectX12 won't be compatible with any macOS, both Intel and Apple Sillicon. Hope someday they could think about that macOS users are gamers too.
