I can't imagine many people are still playing it though, your money would be wasted on such a port.
I do remember that mw2 and mw3 were releashed years after their windows version. It's very common for the Call of Duty games to get a mac port, but usually years after the windows one came out. At the moment theres no sign of CoD BO2 for the mac though.
Buy windows and use bootcamp. I mean, seriously if you think about it BO2 is $50 and windows 10 is $120. So I would advise you to not wait until the game is 6 years old and no one plays it and instead make the best investment ever and do a bootcamp. At least, that's how I'm spending my birthday money.
