Keep vsync off and then use the in-game console to limit the frames per second.

For example in TF2( another source engine game) i have vsync off and use fps_max 125.
In csgo the limit i think is fps_max 101 Also try cl_forcepreload 1, this command adds loading time to maps but once loaded will give smoother gameplay.

Thank you but neither helped :/

Its impossible to get rid of tearing without vsync -- thats excactly why it exists.

If you are desperate, try lowering graphical setting, or install Windows on Mac via bootcamp utility -- CS:GO (and pretty much every single game on OS X) is running much more fluent on Windows, with better performance, less bugs & crashes.

Hmmm
I know that most professional players play with vsync off. I don't think that they have such tearing. Or am I wrong?

It's not impossible at all. Vsync off and frame limiting can completely remove tearing in source engine games.

You are not wrong, its vsync off and limit frames.

Tried limiting it to 59 but it didn't help :/

Frame limit and good monitor could reduce tearing to very low amount (possibly unnoticible, but technically preset), but completely it is only possible to remove tearing is by using Vsync or NVIDIA G-Sync monitors.
Pro players tend to turn vsync off in order to remove latency (which might be from few ms to pretty noticible amount).

It does not affect your system and very easy to remove if you dislike it -- I highly encourage anyone who wants to play on a Mac to check how much better game performs on Windows on the same hardware.

Thanks for help
If you disable Vsync you will get tearing if the frames are rendered faster than your vertical refresh rate.

The horizontal refresh rate should be about 67.4 kHz (or 67,400 Hz), which is why most people leave Vsync off. Hsync is enough.

Some people just find the tearing really bad... this happens if the frame rate constantly changes between below and above your vertical refresh rate and Vsync is disabled.

See if you can enable Triple Buffering, that 'might' help alleviate the problem.

installed windows 8.1 and it really helped! The only problem was mouse but I solved it by limiting fps to 58.
Thank you :)

Yea
This problem is caused by mac optimization issues, not because of bad hardware
