What MBP model do you have?

Whatever you buy, make sure it's a SODIMM kit with same amount of pins and same frequency as what you have now. Getting 1866 Mhz RAM if your MBP only runs 1600 won't benefit you at all. If you want faster RAM, buy whatever fits and has the lowest CAS latency. The C11 number you see at the end of the product code means that kit runs at cl11; cl9 or lower would be better.

hi thanks,
mine is mid 2012 15 inch,
the models I looking at are
corsair vengeance:
CMSX16GX3M2B1600C9
corsair mac memory:
CMSA16GX3M2A1600C11

ya the vengeance I think it is c9 becuse it's model name end with c9,
but does my mac compatible with this ram?
because I didn't find info about lowest c number and timing I can use on my mac

Thanks again
how to make sure it work?
I see a online store sell it at RM610 (malaysia price) does this expensive?
do you know the lowest c number and timing I can use on my mac?
It should support whatever timings the kit has; it just won't use a higher frequency than what the Apple logic board supports.
I'm not familiar with Malaysia prices, but the difference in performance will be small. If it costs a lot more than the other kit, I wouldn't bother with it.
