exchange from sims 4 to sims 3?

sims 4 was falsely advertised and i thought it was like sims 3 but with more content and stuff like that. but then i launch the game and see that its completely different. Can i please have an exchange?

Try contacting the Origin support, Sims 4 has nothing to do with Steam.
