Getting Steam On School Mac

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get steam on my school mac, They have it blocked so when every i try to download it it deletes the file...

Macs aren't real PC's, they won't install Windows like you would do on a real PC, you need to use BootCamp, and that is probably restricted by the school's administrators, so that's out of question already.

Installing macOS on a normal PC is a pain in the a--. First, you need compatible hardware. For example, Windows will work fine with most Wi-Fi cards. MacOS will work only with a select few Wi-Fi cards, most of them being Apple's proprietary cards, mostly based on Atheros.
Graphics cards are a bit easier though, most Intel's built-in cards will work, some AMD/ATI cards will work, and some NVidia cards will work, but not all of them.
Booting won't work without a special bootloader. Apple bootloaders are designed to work only with Apple firmware. There are alternatives though. On EFI systems, you'd like to use Clover, on MBR systems, you'd like to use Chameleon or something else.
Drivers? That's a lil bit tough. You'll spend most of the time polishing the Info.plist of your bootloader and the needed kexts and DSDT. On Mojave, the Atheros Wi-Fi cards mentioned earlier were dropped support, but you could recover it easily by installing the AirPortAtheros kext, and you could use for example the AR9285, but also the AR5B95, a copy of the AR9285 with small differences. The AR5B95 needed a small change though, and it is one letter in the Info.plist of the kext, honestly.
Some stuff will work out of the box, and if you have a real Mac, you can use Unibeast and Multibeast to make a Hackintosh mostly ready out of the box, but if you don't, I recommend using the Niresh's distros of macOS, and then polishing them to fit your needs.
You might think installing macOS on a real PC is easy, and that's what I thought, but now, I think of it as a complicated process that might take almost a month, and not a few hours.

I'm pretty sure he is aware that Macs aren't real computers, and that he meant by, "use windows" is to use an actual computer... not install Windows on a mac like you were thinking..

To set up a seperate partition you need to install boot camp, it will half your memory / disk space I believe

You could always try downloading/installing to a thumbdrive. 'Course, they may have protocols in effect regarding plugging things into the USB ports. And they may also have blocked the ports on their network that Steam wants. (Don't know if there's a major software package that needs them.)

i tried this but it deleted it off my flash drive. also i accidentally opened another app and it deleted it as well i was not pleased

The bottom line is that school-issued computers, of any flavor, are FOR SCHOOL. If you want complete control over the system, including installing any applications you want, get your own computer. You should review your school policies but I imagine that like most workplaces there are repercussions to bypassing the security as was noted 6 years ago in the first response.
