CS GO update Issues !! Macbook Pro Retina

hey guys, so i just downloaded the new update 9/10/14 and Im on a macbook pro retina. It changed my resolution and will not give me the option to change it over 1024. CS GO also keeps crashing and my enter button no longer works to skip through menus/joining a game. Anyone else having this problem?

i have mac too, and i got the same exact damn problem omfg, keeps crashing, enter problem , and resolution

Changing your mem lvl to 0 on some imacs is working for the crashing issue between maps and in game crashes. Still do not desktop out it will crash. all the other problems fps lag etc are still there.

Hey guys, i managed to resolve the crash issues.
What I did is this:

- in console: cl_disablehtmlmotd 1
- in options, I set all my video settings to medium instead of high
- in launch options: add "-threads 4" (4 is the numbers of cores of your cpu, so change it if you have another amount of cores)

I didn't find a fix for the enter issue.
Hope this helps for some of you!

This indeed FIXES the crash, but it still gives me lags without end - it's somewhat playable, but it's not yet working the way it was before :(

Still getting the same amount of FPS lag! As stated it's playable, but no way for competitive as your opponents would most likely see you before you even see them when going around corners
