When the monitor has more frames to choose from when it's rendering a new frame it can choose a more recent frame (because your gpu is running more frames) The mouse should feel more responsive and feel a lot smoother going from 60 to for example 200 or 300 fps.

After a huge amount of googling I found some solutions. Some users have used the Quartz debug app from the Graphic tools package to turn off BeamSync which is basically vsync. I have also found some scripts that turns vsync off and some other apps called BeamsyncController etc. However, these kind of solutions are outdated and it seems that nothing of the solutions on Google works on MacOS Sierra. I can't find any info about vsync but it seems that MacOS Sierra forced the OS to turn it on. Maybe there other solutions to but I can't find any.
Have someone found any good tricks?
Do you have same problems?
Having some theory how to solve?
It would been good to summarise a good solution and put it on the net because many users are looking for this.
1. Install Cuda toolkit. You will also get Cuda in preference where you easy can update new drivers. https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads
2. Install Nvidia web driver. I dont know why I cant find it on Nvidias homepage but got it from here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/312525-nvidia-web-driver-updates-for-macos-sierra-update-12152016/page-1
3. Find your driver here: http://www.macvidcards.com/drivers.html
This driver update also fixed other problems like black screen on start up, gfx glitch on Overpass etc.
