Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) is not natively supported on MacOS.

Not every game available on Steam is compatible with MacOS (or linux either...) which means you'll have to check the system requirements on the store page or ask in game discussions pages.

You might want to consider a refund if you've recently bought the game, otherwise look into compatibility options like Crossover or WINE.
