Troubles connecting to remote play host

Press "Stream" button nothing happens. Have following crash report. Any suggestions how to fix?

If you are feeling adventurous I had success by compiling this version of the library and replacing the lib file after steam client starts (after starts is important as at startup it checks files and restores original ones)

I switched to steam link app. works fine but sometimes have audio playback issues

Tried Steam Link, and is very buggy. I could not get sound to work, even with the Steam speaker driver selected.

I asked steam support at the time but nothing helpful. Probably possible solution would be to reinstall system or if you have time machine backup you can try to restore system. But I am not sure that this would help. I’ve also tried to reinstall steam both on host and client machines, but it did not do anything.

Thank you for your help, but systems just went through clean installs. I don’t think that is the problem.
