Uninstalling games doesn't free up disk space
In order to free up some space on my hard drive, I tried deleting the local content for some of the larger games in my library (specifically Aperture Tag, Dear Esther, Gone Home, and LEGO Jurassic World). Uninstalling those games should have freed at least 20GB of space (LEGO Jurassic World alone was using about 17GB), but it didn't even make a dent in the storage--I didn't keep track of the exact numbers before and after uninstalling, but I started and ended with ~50GB of free space on my hard drive. I made sure to empty the trash, I restarted my computer, and I still don't see any significant change. I tried looking in my computer's Library folder for the game files to see if they were hidden somewhere and I could delete them manually, but I couldn't find them in the Steam>SteamApps>common folder or anywhere else (a search in the Library folder for files >1GB turned up nothing I was looking for). Any tips?

Simple, on the tabs at the top of the screen next to the apple sign, make sure its finder that you're on, click on go. Click go to folder and Enter this in> ~/Library/Application Support and you will find all the files you need to delete. Otherwise, just press (Command + UP (arrow key) ) and click Library, then in Library, application support and look for the files for the games deleted. Thats a wrap my friend, reply if you need more help, in this case, i'll be watching a chick flick, cya
