You need to unlimit your account first. Purchase something (games, DLC, software) worth 5$ or more from Steam Store or add 5$ or more to your Steam Wallet using Credit card, Debit card, PayPal or other payment method supported in your region. Alternatively purchase and activate physical Steam Gift Card worth 5$ or more on your account. Gifted funds, gifted games and game key activations do not count.

just to profile level 2. easy. Do what Anonymous helper said, buy game or software on steam store for $5 or more, the community badge you can try to max that out, there is three levels, yours is on level 1 100xp, second level gives 200 xp and third level 500xp.

OP already has level 1 of that badge so they'd be level 2 the moment they unlimit their account.

Just to emphasize: There is no other way to unlimit your account than spending money (5$ worth in your native currency) on Steam and only way to level up your account is to unlimit it first. Purchasing CSGO Prime Status upgrade will more than suffice if you're into that. Just that that money has to come from your payment method directly to your account and not gifted from another account, even if that another account is also yours.
