Steam stuck in Offline Mode and won’t go Online using wireless connection on mac

Things i've tried that didn't Work

- VPN
- Modify steam
- Reinstall steam
- Changing DNS
- Delete the steam libraries: Application Support > Steam
- Disable iCloud private relay

Worked

mobile internet hotspot connection

simply just switch to mobile internet, it works but it's inefficient IMO

my workaround

1. forget the wireless network that's problematic(forget this network)
2. quit the steam > restart
3. open the steam > go to the store or anything until Error 106 appears
4. enter your wifi connection password again
5. steam is login again

conclusion

i'd rather use my workaround, it keeps working all the time as long as i don't change wifi. But i had to do the first process all over again
