I don't know what to do. When I press 'play' on the game, the following two messages appear. This never happened before. PLEASE HELP!!!

Check the permissions of your Steam folder. Also check the integrity of your game files in the game properties. If you are running Big Sur, that might be why this is happening.

All of the permissions are checked. I also checked the integrity of my game files. I reinstalled steam and the game itself but nothing happened. The only game that has this issue is hollow knight. Every other game, i.e CSGO, DST etc. is working just fine. This is everything that i tried.
