Well, does it say anywhere on the preview or the storepage itself that Mac OS X is supported?

Because it clearly is a Windows only game.
You can see that in the preview, the supported OS icons directly above the "Add to Cart" button and the system requirements listed at the bottom of the product desctiption where it says:
Minimum:
OS: Windows 7 SP1 (64bit)
Processor: Intel Dual-Core 2.4 GHz or AMD Dual-Core Athlon 2.5 GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT / AMD Radeon HD 5670 / Intel HD Graphics 4000 with 512 MB VRAM
DirectX®: 10
Hard Drive: 32 GB free space
Audio: DirectX®-compatible on-board

And there is no tab for other OS.

Compare it to this:

You can even on the preview see that Mac OS X is support.

ARMA 3 does not support Mac OS X at all.
Not sure what made you think it does.

well ive read in other forums that people run it with something called bootcamp and it runs ok. ive watched a couple of youtube videos where it shows a guy playing it on Mac...Hence the reason i posted my Mac's specs. If your not going to be helpful, stop replying bruv. I have no idea about computers....dont need you to highlight it.

Bootcamp is a tool by Apple that allows you to run Windows on your Mac hardware.

Cathulhu is not much of a computer person either, stuck on windows and the games specs.

markofkane01: As far as i am aware a long while ago steam outsourced developers to develop a MAC/LINUX port of the game but there are some limitations to the MAC/Linux port of the game. Check this link: http s: // dev. arma3. com/ ports <-- remove the spaces..

Also this link without the spaces http s:// steamcommunity. com/discussions/forum/2/4300317606645895380/

Another link for ya: http s:// community.bistudio. com/wiki/Arma_3_Experimental_Ports

Ohh nice Cathulhu knows what bootcamp is

Why did you mangle those links? There's no need for that. Additionally, your "Another link" is this thread.

Not to mention that the Mac port development was discontinued last year:
https://www.macgamerhq.com/shooter/arma-3-mac-release/
https://appleglitz.com/arma-3-for-mac-is-no-longer-in-development/

Not sure why you thought that attacking me was in any way called for as i told the facts as they are, facts.
