Will games like TF2, Half-Life be ported on MacOS higher than 10.15?
Really wanted to play those games, though they are not supported.

Unknown, there hasn't been any announcement so far in that regard.
Considering that CS:GO dropped MAC OS support with the CS2 update, i wouldn't get my hopes up.

There are HL2 (portal, etc) builds of the games, based on the (probably) leaked Source engline. Its compiling without any problems, directly to ARM platform:

You can make it by your own. Right now, ignoring MacOS, is a political decision, made by Valve, based on something personal.
