I tried this and it works for me.

Go to http://store.steampowered.com
Download steam AGAIN without remove the last steam app.
INSTALL STEAM.
Click to REPLACE.
And launch steam.


AFTER 1 WEEK MORE OR LESS IN THIS SITUATION, THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ WORKED FOR ME.

Why do so many people need universal access anyway? Isn't that something to assist people with disabilities? You would think there wouldn't be a lot of people on steam that would need it.

Universal Access is necessary to display the Steam overlay. It has nothing to do with disabilities in this case.

Says that when I click replace ^^

Then after when I click ok to the message, another message says:

"The operation can’t be completed because a required item is in use."

Can you make a double click in the steam's icon and then select go out?
I have the icon in the DOCK.
