Restart your computer: Sometimes simply restarting your Mac can fix the issue.
Clear Steam's download cache: Open Steam, go to "Steam" in the top-left corner of the screen, select "Settings," and then "Downloads." Click "Clear Download Cache" and restart Steam.
Verify game files: If the black screen is happening when trying to launch a game, right-click the game in your Steam library and select "Properties." Go to the "Local Files" tab and click "Verify Integrity of Game Files." Wait for the process to complete and then try launching the game again.
Delete local Steam files: Quit Steam and go to your "Applications" folder. Right-click the Steam icon and select "Show Package Contents." Open the "Contents" folder, then the "MacOS" folder. Delete the following files: "steam.cfg," "steam.sh," and "clientregistry.blob." Restart Steam.
Disable GPU acceleration: Open Steam, go to "Steam" in the top-left corner of the screen, select "Settings," and then "Interface." Uncheck the box next to "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views" and restart Steam.
Update macOS: Make sure you are running the latest version of macOS by going to the Apple menu in the top-left corner of the screen, selecting "System Preferences," and then "Software Update."
If none of these solutions work, you may want to contact Steam support for further assistance.
For me screen is white
But resizing steam window helps, as content appears immediately
