Steam full screen video can freeze MacOS in low bandwidth conditions.
This has existed for a while now. But if you watch fullscreen videos from store pages in steam when your bandwidth is intermittent it can effectively lock up your mac. Because it's true full screen there is now way out of the crashed video.

Sometimes option+tab or command+Q might let you out, but it can either take a long time or sometimes not happen at all.

This has also been happening to me since I got my M2 macMini. I don't think my connection is low bandwidth and it happens every time I go full screen. alt + cmd + Q will force quit the app to get out of it, or alt + cmd + Esc
